Mersky how many states issued Cease and Desist letters for you, BankCard Empire, Davidan Corporation (which you controlled), Lajobejo LLC (which you controlled) - how much were you fined by all of the states?

Please inform all investors about your acquisition (54 BILLION shares) for Media360 (a Reid Johnson Controlled company) - did you tell everyone that Johnson has been permanently barred by the SEC.

The SEC has permanently barred this individual from acting as a broker or investment adviser or otherwise associating with firms that sell securities or provide investment advice to the public.

Mersky it looks like you have some serious issues.

And don't forget the acquisition from Butch Chelliah - ChoiceAdz and Target Remarket - he is permanently barred by FINRA.
