The PM in Cameroon has ZERO decision making ability and no checkbook. The role of PM is to be a puppet frontman and take the heat for the president from the masses. If the best you can do is meet with one of his lackeys then you are going NOWHERE. The Cameroon prez has been in office for 35 years and is a talking head for a couple of old school French political families if you can believe it. He is only the second "president" of Cameroon since 1960. All the country's money ends up in France. He's not spending a dime on water filters!
