I am not sure but somewhere about 1.00 may be ? The below from the financials could give a hint if this actually means anything towards possible quote price

During the first quarter of 2016, the Company sold 25,844 shares of the Company’s common stock at $1.50 a share, for proceeds of $38,766.


On March 4, 2016, the Company issued 40,000 shares of common stock, of a total of 45,000 shares awarded, at $1.50 a share, based upon financing completed by the Company, to a board member and employee for services rendered. Of the 45,000 shares awarded, 10,000 were earned and reflected as outstanding as of December 31, 2015. As of September 30, 2016, 5,000 are still to be issued by the Company.
