what if the BOD made a great deal and needed the AS for the M&A??

What I propose is lowering it if a deal can't be made. That alone can give the pps a pop, seen it many times.

It can always be raised again should something come up....

I just hope all of our " hopes and projections ", whatever they may be, are put to rest in the coming few weeks/ months.
