No, the info is current. Just read the links provided. If Walthers is telling you different, he is lying.

FUS/SE/Walthers owe $397,744.50 + attorney fees ($100,000.00 - $200,000.00) to Adelstein/Energy Supreme LLC. The Judgment earns interest at 18% per annum (approximately $90,000.00/yr) until paid in full.
