Ok keeping things simple here again but why not jus dissolve and cancel the ticker then if they didn't have plans for PWEB? Most every other BKer cancels their commons after BK emergence all shares cancelled bk plans effective yadda yadda. Have to ask why this didn't go that route if they had no plans for the common side. Whether a new merger route or not they had to an option to cancel or not. Why wouldn't they if they were just going to let the "shell" sit with a stop sign? Seems kind of pointless. I guess moreso than people just speculating though here time will only tell that's a given. So will see what haps.
