Not only the lack of explanation, but the pompous way he conducts himself (or DEWM) on the internet and/or social media is another giveaway IMHO. Blocking people, removing posts, threatening legal action against shareholders who decided to take the initiative and call to find out what the 3 YEAR DELAY is all about.

Just a matter of time before reality catches this little scammer.

I for one would certainly love to compare my hard working discipline to his any day of the week.

I'm not trying to nominate myself for award after award as my public company has been OBVIOUSLY FAILING - anyone who takes a closer look would see that! Just makes me wonder, just how ignorant (or tolerant) the shareholders of this company?
