I think people do not realize the size of the poultry industry. Here is a recent article from the poultry industry with high level economic impact here in the US.

Huge. And this is just the US.

By comparison, the bovine mastitis candidate with Zoetis would apply mainly when the animal is showing signs of illness. Nutriquest is looking at poultry feed of course meaning being consumed by every chicken on a daily basis for those using the feed with the ingredient. This fits with previous article I posted and quoted recently where algae expert indicated cracking into the feed market with algae based protein feed ingredient would require BILLIONS of pounds in production.

I would submit the Nutriquest deal, if consummated, is not only for US but international use and has far greater and shorter term revenue potential than ZTS collaboration.
