Not only are the SA and JS Cabal a bunch of liars, they would now have you believe the simple administration oversight the sky is falling and justification for calling it a scam. It's laughable to think they'd make up a bunch of junk to try and keep people away from investing in ifus. Yet there is no fact to any of it and I seriously doubt any know anything about business or how to run one.
Then they try (as they have in the past) to include "the Jersey lawyer walked" nonsense to try and prove their first point. One lie to support another.
This cabal lied about the fed case and have you think a debt is owed. They'll even provide a link. But! They can't provide a link to a notice of default filed to the court, no letter of intent to a collection agency, no notice of report to the fair credit reporting act, no asset hearing, no assignment attaching a bank account or line against any asset......nothing!
They conveniently forget the state case. They try and mix the two stating "the counter was thrown out, MW is a Scienter"....never actually said and by law, not implied either. They also forget the state case was settled "amicably" meaning the fed judgement is included and dissolved...e.g. no debt.
These are a bunch of non shareholders who defend two former board members and cover up their crimes. The very reason the dullards settles AND hired a criminal defense team AND made numerous attempts at summary judgement, get evidence excluded and thrown out and tried to get the state counter claim thrown out....all failed. With that, the dullards knew they were off to jail AND the very reason for filing the fed case was "we were losing the State case" (documented in their depositions). So they had to settle.
One is a known criminal with ties to bigger scams, who is listed on a board of a massive stock scam...go see OSER, then look up $580mn stock scam...you'll see who this clown is. Then he personally has 22+ federal criminal (some Rico) indictments against him and no doubt he'll turn on these guys if he hasn't already. The other is a drunken bum who beats his wife and daughter and has a felony assault plea bargain where he's supposed to serve time and has been evading this due to health reasons. This same guy went on a drinking binge and went out and told everyone how this ended so we have it straight from his own mouth "there's no debt! "
This a me cabal has made countless predictions and NONE have materialized! And none they've currently predicted will come true either....their pattern is full.
