Yes! I agree maybe problematic to some in approach. Still successfull as of today.

Esp. without the knowledge and buisness backing yet known by our CEO. Of course we are risk managing, ( and winning now ) while some may have have been digging for unfound emeralds with fears or being too late to the table.
