I am not saying McCusker is a scam company.

They may be getting poor advice on how to go public.

This route has revived a dead shell before any actual reverse merger documents have even been filed. With astronomical gains for all those who front loaded the revival event.

It is very problematic IMO.

None of us has had a look into the books of McCusker to validate anything, and via this route I do not expect to see any audited financials published anytime soon.

Would love to be proven wrong.

I hope McCusker knows what they are getting into and has done thorough due diligence.
