So you are looking at 10-15% perf/watt boosts in the foundry 14nmLPP/16FF+ -> 10nm, and you are looking at a 12% process-related boost in going from Intel 14nm -> 14nm+.

14nm+ allowed Intel to advance performance at a similar rate to the foundries while pushing out the complexities associated with the shrink.
