Yes they should.

Argonne is currently active with other battery companies for EVs with their SBV Projects.

Somehow NEAH is left in the waiting room. D'Couto should be explaining what happened here. He was enthusiastically pumping his DOE grant, yet it has gone nowhere.

I am not surprised that NEAH has managed to make nothing out of something again.
