I think they would have picked a common point in trial to allow people to switch.
Also the homeostasis statement does not have to be a point in time statement. They may use the data points from those two years into the study who may have been Monotherapy for a year after switch from dual. It is an open trial so they have continual access to data..

Maybe they saw the Quick changes in the first few to switch and that is why they added Data point. Maybe they added tests in first few to switch and guesstimated change point before 57 week.
