At least they always do read the emails and reply. I also exchanged an email or two with Larry. I continue to harp on the need to provide forward guidance and to point out ways they can improve shareholder value/confidence without costing the company any money.

They need to provide forward guidance.
They need to publish their investor presentation schedule for 2017.
They need to have new BOD guy and other execs buy shares.
They need to announce prelim Q4 results in mid-January.

Lots of ways to demonstrate they care about shareholders.
