The TRUTH is do your own DD. Pain is such a sensitive thing that more than 95% don't want to miss out on their drugs for anything as they cant withstand pain. If FDA can Approve the device there will be huge rush to try it out as most of them believe in agencies. Even if it works for 10% it still a good product as biologically pain can be of different kind and can be from different factors, hence you have different kind of pain killers. It might work for some and maynot for some. Recently FDA cleared an immuno therapeutic drug that works only for less than 1% of a certain lung carcinoma i.e hardly less than 100 people but still it is much needed. Even if a certain thing works for fewer percentage of people still it is useful. There is nothing here to prove false. Less or No DD doesnt work.
