I think "they" are assuming that positive/enthusiastic investors in a stock is pumping...

All under the radar by design per May 8-K

I heard someone say that message boards only makeup 5% of a said stock. Now how true that is I don't know , but we can assume if it is 5% or in the ball park, positive / enthusiastic investors wouldn't come near to oh lets say a P&D e-mail service or any other paid Pump Scheme as far as stock influence. IMO

I have yet to see anything public from the company besides 8-K's
therefor no pump at all here again IMO.
