Yes, I sold all of it to take the tax loss, but I would consult your accountant to make sure you take the correct course of action. I didn't see any other way for me and my broker allowed me to sell since I still had a balance above the trading fee.

Good luck and keep me posted if you are able to take any other course of action besides selling.
