Just to be clear, I'm not advocating, nor did I mention, a class action suit for conflict of interest by Li. I mentioned conflict of interest because, IMHO, too many postings discuss Li/Eontec/LQMT as one entity or as there being a "partnership" between Eontec and LQMT. I feel that it is worthwhile to remember the roles that Li plays with respect to Eontec and LQMT and to recognize that there is the potential for conflicts of interest between those roles. Similarly, I feel that it is important to remember that Eontec and LQMT are competitors with a strategic alliance to cross license IP and are not, at least at this point in time, partners.

As a shareholder of LQMT, I am thrilled to have Li on board as CEO and COB of LQMT despite the potential for conflicts of interest. I feel this way because I believe that Li represents the fastest and surest way for the successful commercialization of liquidmetal alloys and processes. If I were a shareholder of Eontec, I would be concerned about Li's involvement with LQMT and how that involvement would affect his management of Eontec.
