Not arguing that point and initially I had the same thought...

But on this site... and there's a reason I repeat myself here... it's been stated,NUMEROUS TIMES that the 8K wasn't enough to remove the STOP SIGN...

If that's not the reason then the FINS were in fact presented, just needed edits as is customary in LIFE - AND complicated RM'S...
