As far as the SEC is concerned the OTC Yield sign from STOP sign is absolutely irrelevant.

The SEC only considers filings made to EDGAR, not any other source. Since there are no Financials filed to EDGAR since the quarter ending September 2015 that is the ONLY relevance.

Again, OTC Markets is irrelevant to the SEC.
