In "TRUE REVERSE MERGER"... existing commons are usually wiped down at very least. Last one I was in, went through on a drug company was 1-18 for example. Vert Capital has other game plan, they are using Reverse Split Strategy with convertible note to recoup losses on Pixel... and before anyone says what losses, why do you think Delaware taxes were delinquent, and how VERT Capital ended up owning 86.5%
