I'm serious. Can we agree to let the DOD/CIO's office make that call? There have been instances when inventors, like Ram, and their small companies, have contributed to national defense.
I fully support the DOD's try before buy policy. It will prove one way or the other if SFOR's Mobile Trust, version 3 is up to the task or not. If you refer back to the response I received from the USCG they forward it to US Cyber Command and their own Cyber Command for evaluation. I trust their expertise, don't you?
