Review the FACTs! By now everyone knows the Reverse Merger is DONE.
Facts rule the day! Per 8Ks & Share Exchange this company will file their financials!
We will definitely go up in value when the Financials are released. EVEN if they're less than $48 million.
The numbers will determine to some extent how high we run.
But the PPS surge caused by the financials will be about CONFIRMATION that this company is doing everything in it's power to complete a reverse merger process & become eligible to move to the Big Boards!
People that say a Reverse Merger will not happen might want to acknowledge FACTs. It's already happened!
For all intents & purposes the RM has been completed!
As Neil Kleinman, our President and CEO has said, "The Company is currently delinquent in its filings under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and, to date, has been unable to file unaudited financial statements of the Company or its Pixel subsidiary in 2016."
People are still getting used to the idea that they don't own a shell any more.
Neil Kleinman also told us "The Reverse Stock Splits are anticipated to occur on or about January 31, 2017; provided that such Reverse Stock Splits shall only become effective on a date which shall be the last to occur of (a) the latest date that a corporate action in respect of the reverse stock splits can be taken following the mailing of a Form 14C Information Statement to the stockholders of Solaris, or (b) approval of such reverse stock splits by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”)."
Therefore I think it's safe to say that 10Q will be coming pretty soon because that RS doesn't happen until the financials are delivered to the SEC.
All this to say that we will see another surge in PPS when the first of us get those Form 14C letters from the company stating that the RS will occur on schedule. Yet further proof the stock will be up listed.
