Here come the excuses for failure, again. Its never MW's fault. It s always the fault of the Big Bad Wolf!! MW's like Pig Pen in the Peanuts cartoons; there's always a cloud of bad luck hanging over his head.

I remember a similar situation in the recent past. Ol' R G Windsor was not listed any longer as a member of the Board. I noted it at the time and told people he baled because he and his Dear Mommy wanted no part of all the lawsuits and trouble to follow. The ever mouthy MW had his insiders call me all sorts of names and send all sorts of threats. The board was told that it it was all the fault of the Nevada SOS ... a mistake, to be soon corrected.

What a joke! Years later R G is still not listed. Just as i said, he knew what was coming and wanted no part of it.

When will people stop defending this clown? He is a criminal with a long, long history of securities fraud. He has run three penny stocks into the ground before this one.
