Unfortunately, NO MONEY and that means you can't promote, sell or leverage your asset. Its really that simple and I'm sure a fire sale will eventually take place. They probably could get .15-.20 right now, but obviously nobody is in it for peanuts.

My fear with all the algae initiatives underway we will be passed over and left behind. Any new technology or product has a small window to get that first mover advantage, so bigger and more well funded companies will take over. Plus patents and other IP is irrelevant with small companies as it can be stolen very easily with little recourse for a small under capitalized company to fight it in court.

I'm in tech land and have seen so many big players partner with a small company and then steal their technology. Apple, AMZN, GOOG, MSFT are all great at this game. One of my former companies had an AMZN partnership and received a decent sum of upfront money for their technology and then were eventually cut out as they ultimately stole everything.

ZIVO could easily be ripped off by ZTS or another big player without any recourse. Seen it too many times.
