unclear whether 2017 will be an up year
given potential for Trump trade tariffs, DB implosion, debt bubble pop, more rate hikes, etc...

with so much uncertainty looming
unclear next week will be green
tho, i would have been more likely to bet puts into next week
if SPY had rallied strongly this morning
and stalled and rolled over midday.
