What a guy!

Seth Shaw returned an 80% interest in Pilus Energy to Jason Barkeloo for the tidy sum of $375,000 (using today's approximate TAUG share price) in a warrant cancellation transaction, NOT CASH! Oh boy, oh boy!

Led by Seth Shaw's ineptitude, Pilus was a horrific misadventure! So now TAUG has returned 80% of something and was able get about 1/6 of the $2,000,000+ investment back! What a talented CEO! How much did Seth Shaw personally lose on the Pilus fiasco? Hmm....
