Why ignore the elephant in the room?

CAN IT BE PROVEN IN COURT THAT THE (ALLEGED) MERGER WOULD HAVE HAPPENED AND WAS NOT JUST "SPECULATIVE"???


Or is that just another one of the MANY STORIES that have been floated in an attempt to bolster the alleged "damages"???

I DO so look forward to finding out the answer to this question, and many more, at the trial...
