Yep! No case here whatsoever! Courts LOVE to hold court, and judges LOVE to go to trial when there is ZERO evidence for a case!

JAMN is spending $10,000's on lawyers and optimistic on winning 10's of millions... They're convinced they have a damn good case, and I believe them... :)

Why would they relent when the Marleys can prove their case?

JAMN didn't pay their license fees.

They kept pursing bad leads for business like the Bike Cafes.

They lost their business relationship with Mother Parkers.

Management has gotten the company mired in debt.

JAMN would be laughed out of court!

Looks like a solid win for JAMN to me that's why Marley's are desperately trying to dismiss the case! NEXT they'll play the "race-card".
