What about this defense?
"FOURTH AFFIRMATIVE DEFENSE
Tauriga’s alleged damages are speculative in whole or in part and thus not recoverable as
a matter of law."

We've heard a lot of STORIES about how TAUG had some merge with some AWESOME company all ready to go... until it was squelched by the Cowan mess...
Sounds pretty "speculative" to me...
WHERE IS THE PROOF???
and I am not talking about PROOF that it MIGHT have occurred...
(that would be "speculative")
WHERE IS THE PROOF THAT IT WOULD HAVE OCCURRED???

Can't wait for the trial!!!
Tic Toc What to do...
GET OUT BEFORE THE REVERSE SPLIT???

Oh wait...I would never touch a POS like TAUG.
ROTFLMAO
