This matter is too important to the SEC and the hundreds of decisions that have been made by the ALJs, so it will either be inserted into this year's Supreme Court calendar or take up when the Court begins its next session in Oct, 2017.

Meanwhile, BEIL will continue to dilute, and likely implement a reverse split in the next month.

If it doesn't it will go no bid within two months, due to the ongoing dilution.
