What portion of the company do you suppose a VC would want for $50m that the others got?

To this, I happily profess ignorance, but must reiterate that the financing was not my major point, but rather, the public market presence.

Additionally, on paper things can look cut and dry, but as I stated earlier, my financial needs are going to change in a big way in three months, not a year and three months. I'm in the black overall, and don't count on this for income, but it would be disingenuous for me to say that I, personally, didn't care if it took until 2018. That does me far less good.
