I think you and I are of the same mind but I am giving Kim the benifit of doubt.
I don't think that more money would have us in an overseas facility much sooner.

It would help for sure. Let's face it. In VN bribery can go a long way. It could also help get a larger facility faster once we are allowed in.

But I don't think the cost to ME will be worth it.
I would rather wait till 2018 to get production in VN if getting there in 2016 would have diluted me 90%.

I would rather own my share of 5 tons in the first year than a fraction of my shares for 20 tons.

Yes if it was a fraction for 500 tons or f facility in 2016 vs never getting one I would snatched up the VC money in a second but nothing leads me to believe that VC money would get us there.

What portion of the company do you suppose a VC would want for $50m that the others got?
