Contrary to the STORY circulating that the Judge was making some back door judgement ..."in the interest of justice"...lol...

In the Judges decision she pointed out she had several options; and she choose to transfer the case and cited she was doing so "in the interest of justice"

which in and of itself is FALSE...because that is embellishing/twisting what the judge said,
this whole thing about TAUG "winning"...because the case was not "dismissed"...is WRONG.
