If you are correct, why are they not pumping. Seems to me they could have this sitting at a nickel right now with a few PRS. Why would they not if they just want to sell some shares? If scam, they are not very good at running a scam. Btw, not claiming a side, just don't see a wholehearted pump here and why not?
