Bill knows TPAC will never amount to anything. He will run the A/S up to about 10 billion then do the R/S. No reason for him to R/S now with unlimited shares. If the volume doesnt pick up then he will have to R/S in order to get interest back in TPAC stock.

TPAC has scammed ever angle here and the stories no longer have any effect on the PPS. The series C shares are a last ditch effort to save TPAC. They claim they have a huge interest in the Series C shares but S7 is continually pumping them on twitter. If they had a huge interest for them they wouldnt need to keep promoting the sale of C shares.
