Write Kay and email Yourself or better yet call him, I did last week, but not asking about Deals or Court Status.

In our case When the on going Deals are completely Finalized. Signed, Sealed and Delivered.

Court, out of SFOR's hands, the Ball is in the Hands of the 3 Defendant's as to if they Settle or on to a Markman hearing and possibly to a Jury Trial.

Settlement I will likely happen, since only about 5% of Patent Infringement Cases go any further than a Settlement. The odds are in SFOR's favor.

Which is why the Patent Infringement against Google was Put off for a while, it might take a Full Year or 3.

But SFOR has 5 or 6 more cases waiting in the Wings when These 3 are Finished, and That Road Goes on Forever. Or Until the company is Bought Out in a little M&A Action.

I know the Score and I'm a Patient Investor.

Of course all IMO, backed by Diligent Research.
