The PC would need a TPM and the necessary TPM management software including Embassy Authentication Server in order to be network authentication-capable. It would be up to the end user to purchase Wave's server software. What we don't know is how much starter software comes with the platform except for the STM-bundled ESC/CSP. I am presuming GD wanted Embassy lite bundled but we don't know that. In any case, end user would have to provide the server software for network capabilities.
