TPAC doesnt have the capital needed to fiance their own business let alone a BOEING supplier. There are no talks or agreements to be hammered out. Its just more bullshit like always.

TPAC has no money.. They are now selling series C shares that they do not even have. That should fast track them to a SEC halt/suspension. Hopefully this will be the final piece that lands Bill and all his cronies in prison.
