I think this scenario falls flat on its face.
The same argument was made for Barney Visser.
I mean, how could Apple approve an exclusive contract with Barney Visser if all of what you posted is true?

The IP portion was signed off by Apple. By BJ Watruous at Apple. Very unique to this deal. It basically allowed CIP the right to give intellectual rights to Eontec. Show me where Visser got that release... It doesn't. Apple is allowing Eontec to play in the sandbox through IP assigned through CIP... Not all though to be crystal clear
