I think you are interpreting it wrong. I'm no expert, but I think you are way off. If they are going to remain listed, which they will the pps needs to be at least a dollar. Aka at least a 100% gain from here. Sounds like a nice ROI to me.

The sad part is what I thought was going to be 200 to 1 RS is turning out to be a 570 to 1 RS.

I hope those warrants turn out to be very valuable for the existing shareholders.
