Okay. So if I own 570 shares today, then in a few days I will own 1 common share and about 28 warrants. According to my interpretation.

So at .54 a share now, those 570 shares would cost me about $300 dollars. So as of now my account value = $300.

After re-structure I will technically own 1 common share and 28 warrants. So what will my account value be then? That's the part I can't wrap my head around.

Exercise price of the warrant is $53. Not sure what that means.
