IMO he has been muzzled by his masters, either due to a BP looking at partnering up, or due to scrutiny by the SEC, and the major arrest this week in NY of a large group of brokers ( Platinum Investments) that were scamming a lot of money out of investors.

His silence was, on balance, outstanding.

When he does comment now, he insults retail investors, but doesnt talk poorly of the data. He has been gelded.
