they settled because the company only had $35,000 in the bank at the end of 2015, have you looked at the filings?

what would you rather take, another 2 years fighting in court and risking going bankrupt or a "quick" 4.9 million after the legal fees and then have enough money to be able to withstand litigation with 3 companies at the same time?
