Probable reason for the new A/S Increase


MCV will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Service Team, Inc. The acquisition was funded with a combination of cash and stock. This is the first of several acquisitions that Service Team, Inc. is currently negotiating.




Hardly any convertible notes on the 10-k. let alone enough for an A/S increase. Dont let the cockroaches steal your shares! Company already has put down a deposit of 40k to MCV for acquisition from recent 10-k filing
