It means that if in 9 years the price per share is 25 cents, employees would still get the shares at .006 if they bought the option.

Or if they are preferred holders of series B shares, which there is not a lot of series B shares left, 50,000 I believe per the last filing, so anything after the series B shares are converted it would have to come out of officers and employees pocket to buy the options.


Which in my opinion, they know the price per share should be higher than .006 in the future.
