This will continue the slow bleed down, won't be much longer before .04 is here. Once it sinks in that the judge will deny an OEC this will sink even lower. It's going to get a lot uglier before it gets any better. Now is not the time to buy in my opinion. I could honestly see this hitting .02 or perhaps worse in time. I'll be there to load the boat when the time comes.
