This reverse split will only sustain $ABCE as a QB company if
they can control the flow of dilution and from the language in
the 8K citing the Blackbridge deal; it appears there will be
controls in place using registration statements instead of just
issuing aged or convertible debt notes.

Registration statements also gives the market a nice heads up
instead of finding out $250,000 in notes was issued 2 months
ago via a 10K after the fact.
