For one there will be no value to the hls spinoff until the sb-2 form sent in and the sec approves it. Two HLS has a product and a damn good one too, i have it. three a scam is a pump in dump of a company without products. You can only claim that downs does security fraud which only means that he will get into trouble, since these companies have products they will live on.
